Let us introduce fooditalyfood.com . We're a new site but we already have the web's largest collection of indexed articles devoted to all aspects of Italian food and coffee with a focus on delicious, usually quick and easy Italian recipes. And you don't have to live in Italian or in a city with a Little Italy neighborhood to get the ingredients. Keep coming back; we'll be adding more articles including some of our own. Read these articles before stepping into your kitchen.
You may know by now that Italy has twenty regions. Each and every one has its own food specialties described in this series of articles. With one exception, there are two articles for each region, one describing main dishes or other specialities and the red wines to bring out their best. And another for the dishes that go with white wine. And now we're working on the desserts and their accompanying sweet wines.

We might have done some of these recipes a bit differently, but they are an excellent starting point, and the ingredients are usually available.
